What to Expect During Your First Session

Your first session will last 1½ hours, following a comprehensive review of your personal history and health care needs. The session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room in one of three locations: Walpole, Medway or Providence.

The treatment will address three primary areas of concern: the mid/lower back and sacrum (which improves the flow of fluids and nerve impulses to the abdomen); the lower abdominal area or pelvis; and the upper abdominal area.

You will learn how to do your own "self care" massage. This is a self-empowering massage performed daily by you in less than 10 minutes.

We will discuss lifestyle and dietary changes that may enhance the effect of treatment.

The information you give will be kept completely private at all times and is used only for evaluation purposes.
